This pale ale is named after Ansel Cook who was the fat cat that lived in the big white mansion across the street from Finn’s. The hoppy aroma and flavor of this brew are created by the English hops utilized during the brewing process. In addition, notes of caramel can be detected in the flavor. Also available on nitro pour, not enough O's in smooth to describe it. On nitro pour, this is my favorite beer.
