Light to medium bodied but flavorful English-style brown ale. Use of dark crystal malt gives this beer a characteristic nutty, toffee flavor. Limited use of hops allows this flavor to come through. What the Brits call a session beer because it’s not at all heavy. Especially suited to cask conditioning.
