Pours a very pale yellow with small white head that hangs around for a bit. The aroma is faint @ best and consists of cereal. The taste is same as reg Michelin but nice this is organic. Best drank ice cold but not to bad for mega brewery.

My GF does not mind the Ultra to keep carbs down, so having an organic alternative is great. Found this one in the States, as not available in Canada so far. Pours a clean golden colour with a regular white cap, average retention and minimal lace. Mild cereal grain smell with light sweetness. Soda water feel with very mild cereal notes, and no sweetness thankfully. No awful lingering so that is good. A nice change from such a big brewery to have organic. Drinkable for low carbs.
