What starts out as a simple, sessionable Blonde Ale gets amped up and turned into a summer " zinger " when we add loads of freshly chopped root ginger to our brew kettle towards the end of the boil. Oh yes, we look forward to the smell in the brewery when this one's on the brew schedule ! Available in Keg and Cask.
