Bière blanche inspirée d'une tisane fraîche au parfum boréal. Les huiles du myrique baumier, de la camomille et du carvi de Charlevoix se libèrent dans une brasse de blé vivifiante. Elle accompagne la sortie des premiers bourgeons et la frénésie printanière. Eau, Orge, Blé, Avoine, Myrique, Houblon (Amarillo), Carvi, Camomille, Levure.

Hazed, golden colour with an amber hue. A fizzy off-white head, dissipating quick enough and no more than a tiny ring is left around the brew. Bready aromas with some notes of citrus, spices, apples, wood and pears. The mouthfeel and taste are a little milder. Still, nice spices, tea-notes and light fruitiness. Quite a unique, wild plant-based beer that is interesting to try.
