Single from the LCBO. Last one of the three Melville (just had the raspberry one and was too sweet). Pours a clean amber colour with a white head, good retention and lots of sticky lacing. The aromas are stronger on this one, with the nice ginger. The sweetness does come out in the taste though, but a little ginger shows up in the middle and finishes quickly. A light spiciness lingers in the aftertaste. A little better than the berry version.

Pours a small amount of fizzy head and has a pale amber appearance. Weak lacing. Aromas of ginger, barley malts and wheats. Flavours are very strong with ginger, but adding some sugar to the mix makes it way too sweet for my taste. Excessive carbonation. One small 275ml bottle is enough for me. Too much sweetness. Prickly and tingling mouthfeel. Not something I will have again.
