Forty pounds of Amarillo Hops from Crosby Farms were picked on the first day of September to craft this delicious Fresh Hopped IPA. Mosaics were added mid-boil to provide a sweet tangerine base note. Then, the fresh hops were added late for a series of bright, botanical, chlorophyllin’ top notes. Hop harvest -- best time to brew, best time to drink. Cheers!…
