Named for Diamond Head Crater in Oahu, this IPA has a beautiful lush aroma of pineapple and passion fruit. Besides the bittering addition, Mo-saic hops are the only type used. These vivacious hops are only available to me a few months out of the year due to their incredibly high demand. This year we were able to get our hands on some Mosaic pellets.
