This beer is brewed with several varieties of malted barley and hops producing a decidedly hop forward India Pale ale while not being shy about its toasted malt profile. Our take on this style interweaves German caramalt, American toasted malt, and more than a handful of Northwest hop varieties imparting floral, citrus, and stone fruit aromas.
