It pours a light yellow-gold with thick/foamy white-head and substantial lacing. A cheap and metallic aroma of sour malts, light hops, and some lemon. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of sour malts, lightly metallic, light hops, and some lemon. Cool to try the first beer sold after prohibition, I just wonder if it tasted better then.

Ok, I have never been a huge fan of UC but when offered this I decided to give it another try since it had been a while. I was pleasantly surprised as I enjoyed it. This was a light yellow color with some good foam action. Not the greatest taste, but not bad....and ice cold it was kind of nice.

UC light is simply a light version of Utica Club. It has a light hoppy aroma. very light yellow color. It has a decent mouthfeel with good carbonation. UC light is best when VERY VERY cold. On a hot day it can be very refreshing.
