This beer is packing lots of hops, and lots of hopes — it is part of the Link Up project. Link Up is a program that aims to diversify the beer industry, their main goal is to connect breweries with interested BIPOC applicants. By participating in this project, we are committing ourselves to hiring an applicant from their program as an apprentice in an effort to facilitate the sharing of knowledge in hopes of bringing change to our industry. We will share future job postings with them for their job board and act as a resource to their applicants. This beer is a Double IPA - but make it Matron (aka its got a “big” ABV for us, but stylistically it’s on the lighter side) - it is extremely fruit forward, packed full of tropical-citrus kisses, with whispers of resin and flowers to excite and entice you. It’s full body and super-duper balanced bitterness make it way-to-drinkable. You are welcome.
