Leans more towards the English version of the style. This IPA is awash in hops. Centennial is used in all phases. There is also Magnum in the bittering, fuggles in the flavor, and Kent in the aroma. The bitterness is tempered by subtle malt texture, allowing the flavor and aroma hops to lead the charge. Luscious and Refreshing.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, not much head. ARoma is eggs, hops, fruits and some yeast. Flavour is hops, grass, slight alcohol and some hints of caramel.
