Čepujemé, 500 ml, on tap at the brewery. Poured in a Czech beer mug an unfiltered, opaque and absolutely black coloured Tmavý Ležák with a generous two fingers light beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is moderate toasted malts, notes of cooked dark chocolate and coffee. The flavour is moderate toasted malts, cocoa powder and a touch of dried fruits, nuts. The mouthfeel is round and light bitter. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Tmavý Ležák has a dry toasted malts finish. This Tmavý speciál lacks clearly od stuff. A youngness fault for one of the newcomers in the Prague beer-landscape 2013.
