Kick back and crank it up as we’ve done all the brewing…the we being us and the special guest appearances of two heavy hitters in the indie craft beer industry: New Mexico’s Marble and Colorado’s Odell. Credited with 58 years of brewing chops, our trio built their wheat ale foundation on the classic “C” hops. Then, we rocked a pure hop triad of “M” hops to achieve a supercharged succession of orange, tangerine, lemon, lime, spice and dankness. The undulating riffs of Motueka, Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria hops slash through the wheat haze with equal footing, never playing over one another. The cacophony of flavor is what fans would expect with a name like Megawheat. So join us as we forge ahead on a path that directly leads to the main stage…and then off the front of it, into the crowd! If you feel the urge to smash the bottle afterward, don’t. That’s what guitars are for. FEATURED HOPS Motueka Mosaic Mandarina Bavaria

22oz bomber pours with a clear deep gold body that has some copper hues and supports a full light tan head. The aroma offers up smooth malts, mint, a spicy hop note and some citrus. The taste delivers the same with smooth soft and lightly sweet malts rolling quickly into a blend of mint and hop spiciness. It then picks up thin citrus and pineapple juiciness and grapefruit like hop bitterness. A few more sips and a mild earthy tea like note joins forces with the minty spicy hoppiness. This is pretty darn solid.

Pours clear topaz with a thick, though not long-lasting, cream head. Aroma delivers resiny hop, wheaty, and yeasty tones. Bold flavor offers resiny and only slightly bitter hops, zesty wheat, hints of citrus and yeast and pear. Mouthfeel presents firm body and soft, peppy fizz leading to a hoppy and fruity finish. Mega-taste!

Slightly hazed golden coloured pour with some floaties. Small white head leaves some decent lacing. Grainy, pine and fruity aroma. Wonderful multi flavoured beer. Wheat beer base but the citrus flavour, melon and a tad pine make this a treat. Add background perfume and floral hints. Very easy drinking for the abv. Smooth medium mouthfeel.

22 oz bomber bottled on 1/16/17 and best by 4/6/17. Pours clear straw gold with a big rocky white head that retains well and leaves some lacing.
The aroma is subdued - bready wheat malt with some piney floral hops.
The flavor is sweet bready malt with fruit and a decent piney hop finish with a little alcohol burn. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, a decent DIPA.
