On tap at The Quarry, Marble City's tasting room: clear pale yellow pour, short head, some lacing. Slightly sweet malty aroma with a hint of maize and an ample dose of earthy near-Noble hops. Taste mimics the aroma, lightly sweetened maltiness, a bit of grass and lemongrass, pretty good hops bitter and linger. Pretty much spot on for a blonde; not weak, not over done, and very sessionable. This is the one to turn on the BMC crowd over to trying more craft brews.
