Wow, wow what a 3 year phase in our lives! It's been an amazing Journey so far, with all of that hats we've had to wear to get a small business up and running. Seeing all of you enjoying our beers makes the struggles and the late nights so worth it. So many people to thank for getting us this far: first and foremost our God, our families, our dedicated employees, our investors and our many invaluable volunteers. Toast to your friends as we toast to ours with this third anniversary beer. Brewed in 2013.

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Granted, this is a bit old. I found this in the store and didn't see the brewed in year until I got home. "Oh well," I thought. "let's see how it held up." This wheatwine has a thin, light head. Little bits suspended in amber in the glass. There is still some faint woodiness, but there is also a slight twinge of apple cider vinegar. The mouthfeel is beautifully full, combining the maltiness of a barleywine with the fullness of a wheat beer. This part was done excellently. Overall, a good beer (considering the age).
