Our ‘Clear Winner’ West Coast IPA was crafted for a local IPA competition hosted by The Public House here in Mammoth! A simple grain bill with Pale 2-row and some crystal malt gives the body some residual sweetness to compliment the moderate hoppy bitterness and fruity characteristics of this style of IPA. We generously dry hopped this small-batch brew with Amarillo, El Dorado, and Citra to build a bright citrus-forward flavor profile with notes of ripe pineapple and mango! Enjoy this limited release while it’s fresh!

Taps clear apple juice with a nice parchment head. Aroma produces woody hops, zesty orange, subtle malt, a tropical tropical hint. Flavor yields woody piney hops, tangy and slightly sweet orange, fresh malt, a pineapple hint. Texture offers decent body and peppy fizz. A mammoth winner.
