Bright and clear, Weather Report Wheat is more in the style of a British golden bitter than traditional wheat beer. The smooth, slightly tart flavor of wheat is complemented by the full-bodied, nutty Maris Otter barley and English hops. A small coriander addition adds another surprising dimension. On tap -
The beer pours out a pale straw yellow body, clear with a foamy white cap. Aroma is very light, some hint of lemon, a touch of air freshener (floral I guess). The flavor is very, very light. Light hay, a subtle twang, some weak vanilla and cereal flavors. Easy to drink.
