We crafted Sophistry 02 with a malt base very similar to our wonderful Hooey IPA. But, that’s where similarities end. We threw a whole bunch of pure Mosaic Lupulin powder from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops into our custom built whirlpool. We then hit the beer with a big dry hop of Eldorado and a cool new hop from Yakima Chief called Sabro. Our first experience with Sabro did not disappoint. This hop is bursting with beautiful notes of coconut and tropical fruit that really shine in this beer. Hops: Mosaic, Sabro, Eldorado Malts: Pale Ale, Caraplis, Flaked Barley
