Pours deep coffee with a thick and persistent cocoa head. Aroma yields tart and sweet raspberry, roast malt, chocolate, subtle coffee and earthy character. Flavor provides tart and slightly sweet raspberry (and I LOVE raspberry!), dark chocolate, roast malt, more than a hint of coffee, an earthy touch. Texture delivers firm, somewhat viscous body and lively fizz. A liquid truffle fit for an Emperor or Empress.
