DESCRIPTION ABV 6.5% IBU 65 Late hops, dry hops, hops, hops, and more hops create a power citrus aroma and flavor. We use a whopping 4# per keg to create a delicious explosion. The late hopping process in FOTO allow this beer to present the full flavor and aroma of the selected hops without creating an overly bitter experience. FOOD PAIRINGS The intense citrus hop flavor pairs with smoked meats, and spicy dishes. Try with a strong blue or sharp cheddar cheeses. AVAILABLE IN 6-PACKS AND ON DRAFT!

Light copper pour with a thin white head. Earthy, citrus hop aroma and taste but with a weird touch of vanilla (kind of like an orange dreamsicle or strawberry sundae?)--odd but it seems to work well with the hops. Bitter finish. Decent IPA.

Pours a crystal clear golden yellow with a one finger head. Carbonation is present. Aroma is very bitter sweet with the hops. Taste is very very bitter with strong hints of pine and fruit sweetness's. For those who like bitter beers this is for you but that is all. All in all a decent IPA.

Pretty average mid-west IPA, despite the claim on the bottle that it's west coast. Very pine oriented bitterness, though I will say it has enough hops that you get a slight burn from it as you swallow. Not bad, but certainly no true west coast IPA.
