Hop Series Wai-iti is brewed with the freshest New Zealand Wai-iti hops and has a pleasant aroma of fresh squeezed lime and mandarin along with a hint of classic Hallertau herbal hop aroma. Brewed on our base New England IPA recipe, the finished beer has a soft mouthfeel with a slight sweetness on the finish to compliment the peach and apricot flavors from the Wai-iti hops. With 5.5% ABV and 50 IBU this beer is intended to showcase a unique new hop variety while being extremely sessionable.
