The El Camino Lager takes Bavarian brewing tradition that went into making Caribbean/Mexican Lagers we know today to a full-flavoured lager made with organic corn at the Lowertown Brewery in Ottawa. Crisp, smooth, pleasant, and refreshing, this lager is best enjoyed on the patio with some sun and maybe even with a lime on the side. Pairs well with chicken, tortilla-based dishes, light vinaigrettes, and grilled pub fare.

Had at the Clocktower brewpub in the glebe, late August 2020. Golden clean colour with a white cap, light lacing and mild carbonation. Mild citrus nose, even though I took the lime off my glass, so not sure if affecting this. Light cereal grain and hops. Kind of creamy mouthfeel with a thin mouthfeel. Decent hops adding flavours and a slight dry finish. Cereal base taste as well. A decent Cerveza.
