The beer pours a hazed gold colour with a white fluffy head and plenty of effervescence. The aroma is light funky yeast notes, white wine, biscuit malt, and musty hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is quite bitter with grassy notes, wine notes, and yeast….all followed by a heavily sharp bitter hop bite.
