Taps clear apple cider with a thick ivory head that generates generous lacing. Aroma presents serious dank and piney hops plus tart grapefruit. Flavor delivers dank and bitter piney hops with very tart grapefruit and a hint of fresh malt. Texture offers decent body and super-lively fizz. Yay, my first South Dakota beer after years of searching!
