Bottle courtesy of markwise. Thanks Mark. Pours opaque copper – gold – straw with big off white to tan head. The aroma is spicy yeast, mildly funky, faint wet hay and earthy too. Very interesting and inviting. The taste starts with apricot and peach then moving into earthiness and yeasty spice. The notes are pretty bold but have an unrestrained smoothness too. Yum.
