Our American India Pale Ale uses bountiful amounts of American two row malted barley and a sprinkle of Maris Otter in combination with three bold whole cone American hops. The hops are individually transitioned throughout the boil to highlight each hop's bittering and flavoring characteristics. Post-fermentation, 667 is dry hopped with vast amounts of the same three hops. The beer is named after a phrase someone scrawled into the wall of our favorite college watering hole. Tasting notes: orange nectar with a frothy white head; light malt body; seriously chocked full of hop flavor and aroma with notes of grapefruit, peach, & honey. A hop head's soused hallucination.

Tried on tap from the Mellow Mushroom, in Houston. No head atop a slightly hazy mid orange body, some spots of lace were left behind. The aroma and flavor seemed rather mild some hints of oranges and touches of pine and caramel malts, not much else to expand on. Mouth is on the thin side. Not as bold as advertised maybe the batch was off, would try it again in a few months to see if there is any positive changes.
