Lompoc is in California, yet the brewery is in Portland, go figure! This pours a bit dark for an IPA, yet the aromas and flavours are on the weak side. Almost no piney scents at all, and the flavour doesn't have the same bitter kick I expect from an IPA styled beer

This is the first Lompoc beer I tried at their Hedge House location in Portland. Had OK lacing and a light brown color. Citrus hop aroma with a little pine. Light-medium body. Pretty hoppy and dry. Simply average.
