Blend of seven-year-old "Lindheim lambic" and six-year-old Moscatel barrel-aged wild double bock. After the long aging we woke up the wild yeasts again with an insane amount of organic black currants and our precious Schaarbeekse cherries. We then blended everything with some very potent Dolgo (crab apple) cider.

Small sample from bottle, at private Christmas beer tasting. Deep red colour. Aroma and flavour of brettanomyces, oak, sour crab apples, sour cherries and blackcurrants. An interesting contrast to the other winter / Christmas beers we had.
