Pours a crystal clear darker amber with a one finger head that seems to loft for a bit. Some bubbles coming from the bottom of the glass. Aroma is actually fairly light with hints of dry hops, pine and sweet fruit. Taste is very dry with hints of hops, light metals, and meat of all things. Finishes off dry. Not bad but could have been better.

Ah yes. The Hop Prop. Somebody else in the troop nabbed a growler of this and I ended up drinking most of it with my wife's uncle Larry. It was memorable. Pours a bright orange, no mistakign that. Effervescence dissapeared unfortunately. Classic fruit notes one would expect. Only so many variations on my favorite style. Pine present. Moderate malt backbone with classic hop goodness.
