At first pour, a beautiful torpedo of carbonation forms in a clear light-yellow coloured brew. At last pour, the brew becomes cloudy with chunks of yeast floating through. White cap, decent retention, not much lace. Sour nose of citrus (mostly lemon) with some nice sweetness to balance. Lemon juice taste, but not as sour, blended with the yeast adding light tartiness.
