Bière blonde aux reflets légèrement verdâtres. Au nez, la lavande et la camomille nous apaise déjà. La bouche rafraîchissante aux arômes de blé, d’herbes et d’orange nous fait rêver à des nuits de repos...qui n’existe plus !

At the brewpub. Pours a small white foamy cap and has a hazy light golden/yellowish appearance. Aromas of Belgian yeast and floral hops. Flavours of orange peel, mild coriander and also some Belgian yeast notes. Medium retention and medium bodied. Has a light drying mouthfeel. Not too bad.

I was told this was popular the first time they brought it out, and was gone for a while, so they brought it back. Enjoyed at the brewpub after my first BMX bike ride from Ottawa. Pours a cloudy yellow-gold, lemonade-like, with a white head and minimal dirty lace. Fresh smelling coriander and other beautiful spices. Medium-bodied with a very nice spiced taste with light wheat malts. Quite refreshing and a different twist on the witbier.
