Golden yellow color with white foam head. Aroma is hoppy, taste is bittersweet, bit too sweet. Aftertaste is nice hoppy, nice bitter. Dry and longer lasting. (Montreal 201210

The 3 Brewers, Yonge Street (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
    530ml Draught
    6.00% ABV
    $6.49
The beer poured a golden orange colour with a thick light tan head. Not even close to the copper colour mentioned on the menu (although the accompanying menu picture was close to what was in my stein). The aroma was grains and citrusy hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was grainy malt, citrisy hops, and anise. Eventually the taste was the same as the smell of shoe polish.
