English The IPA is a highly-fermented, golden beer brewed with pale malt, crystal malt and an abundance of Cascade and Amarillo hops. In scent, we find aromas of fresh hops, hints of citrus and spruce whereas the bitterness dominates in taste.

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Had on tap at Ottawa location. Has an average size foamy head and has a pale amber appearance. Nice dirty choppy lacing. Aromas of bready malts and nice floral and citrus hops as well. Some pretty sweet and citrusy hop flavours, a mix of oranges and clementines, slight bitterness, doesn't seem as bitter as it's said to be (at 60ibu) but fine nonetheless. Mild spices well blended. Tingling mouthfeel and a bit sweet. Thick foamy feel on the palate. Very good carbonation, gives a fizzy feeling mouthfeel. Very good, great taste.
