English Brewed using malted barley and wheat, the White is a very delicate beer. Mildly acidic, it is fresh and thirst-quenching. Its flavourful finesse is a much sought-after specialty. The addition of malted wheat, with its elevated concentration of protein, creates a synergy with the yeast left in suspension, making the White naturally cloudy. Not aggressively bitter yet spicy and aromatic due to our special white yeast strain, it develops an intense, citrusy aroma and soft acidity, making it a memorable beer.

Ottawa brewpub and restaurant. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a small white head and not much lacing. Spicy nose with the coriander and notes of oranges. Same for the taste but milder. Belgian Ale yeast comes out eventually with the food. Very light tart mouthfeel from the yeast. This is a refreshing citrusy witbier, on the light side, which makes this decent for hot summer days.

Another good summer quaffable wheat beer. Easy drinking that kind of grows on you after awhile. Reminded a little bit of Denison's Wheat. Not much of an aroma and the appearance was rather flat.

It's described as a Premium white ale, but it's not all that premium actually. It looks like a typical Belgian white with it's cloudy gold appearance, thin white head, and sweet citrusy aroma. Flavour is refreshing, and clean, better than a Rickard's or Keith's white, but not as good as a Hoegaarden.
