Deeply rooted in legends and religion of India, the Banyan tree is a source of strength, longevity and security. As with the mighty banyan, our Double India Pale Ale starts with a rich, malty foundation followed by bold hopwith crisp, long bitter/sweet finish with hints of citrus, grapefruit and pine flavors.

Growler. Pours bubbly, slightly hazy copper-brown with a thick though effervescent pale buff head. Aroma offers notes of woody hops, citrus, chocolate, and a bit of evergreen. Flavor features somewhat bitter hops, evergreen, tart citrus, and a snip of chocolate. Chocolate? Mouthfeel presents good fizz and body, and a finish full of evergreen wood and tart citrus. Mighty good.
