A light colored IPA brewed in the recently evolving New England IPA style. This IPA style is marked by reduced bittering levels on a par with or even lower than pale ales. Ludicrously hopped in the whirlpool and then further dry hopped to produce what is known as “juiciness.” Pleasant hoppy, fruity, tropical fruits, citrus and pine aroma. Unfiltered, hazy, and proud of it! Immensely drinkable and back by popular demand! COLOR: 5.0 SRM GRAVITY: 1.065 YEAST: British HOPS: American MALTS: Pale, Flaked Grains SOLD IN: Brewery On Tap SHELF LIFE: 3 Months VISUAL: Unfiltered, Hazy, Light in Color AROMA: Pleasant hoppy, fruity, tropical fruits, citrus and pine FLAVOR: Juicy, Hoppy MOUTHFEEL: Well Rounded, Soft FINISH: Dry, Lingering Hop Flavor FOOD PAIRINGS: Pizza, Burgers, Chicken

Taps translucent dark apricot with minimal ivory head. Aroma features tropical, citrus, resiny hops and raw malt. Flavor yields piney hops, tropical and citrus fruit, slightly dank malt. Texture provides fair body and peppy fizz. Shoot da Hooch! (For the uninitiated, the "Hooch" is the Chattahoochee River.)
