Look who's five years old! I know, we hardly believe it! To celebrate we went all out brewing this double dry hopped hazy IPA. The malt bill includes spelt. A gran that's been used in brewing for over 10,000 years, pilsner malt, and oats. We used Strata, Mosaic, Citra, and Galaxy hops to layer juicy fruit upon juicy fruit with a splash of darkness. Crack one of these bad boys and cheers to us!
