La Shawi Beach IPA est née de l’envie irrésistible, suite à l’accablante humidité d’une journée de juillet, de concocter une nouvelle IPA aux accents tropicaux. Il en résulte une bière ambrée et cristalline au nez rafraîchissant de pamplemousse blanc, de cèdre et de poivre long. La bouche, désaltérante, est le reflet de ce profil auquel s’ajoute d’agréables notes de citron et de menthol. La finale, bien marquée des houblons américains et australiens, s’étale sur le palais comme le roi des vacanciers sous le soleil des tropiques.

Pours a huge foamy bubbly head and has a golden amber appearance. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas of light citrus hops, sweet malts. Flavours are fairly bitter hops, bready malts, a little bit of yeast in there. Citrus hops as well. Average carbonation. Pretty good retention. Fairly smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Good stuff.
