Il s'agit d'une bière blanche au thym-citron. Le côté épicé de la levure vient s'agencer avec les délicates notes de thym, alors que le côté citronné du thym-citron contribue à faire de cette bière un breuvage parfait pour les longues journées de plage de nos étés gaspésiens. La Moussaillon est embouteillée seulement pour la période estivale. Ce produit est pour encourager le Festival Nautique Baie-des-Chaleurs et les Régates Écovoile se tenant respectivement au mois de juin et au mois d'août à Carleton-sur-Mer.

Pours a hazy golden colour with amber hue, from the unfiltered particles floating all around. The beer overflows and keeps on coming. Foamy head with the particles in it, lasting forever with some lacing that eventually come. Fresh thyme aromas with hints of mint and lemon. The taste is less thyme, but the lemon notes with light witbier yeast. Some decent mild hops in the finish. Pretty interesting spiced witbier.
