Rousse généreuse, la Brigantin laisse beaucoup de place aux arômes et aux sucres des piments jalapenos, chilis et habaneros qui s'y retrouvent. Cette bière, à la fois ronde et bien équilibrée, procure une douce chaleur en gorge qui s'accentue à mesure que l'on déguste son verre. Elle accompagne à merveille les mijotés et les plats à base de tomates.

    Last bottle found in a store - best before 2024 JL18, lot# 1299. Unfiltered with a bunch of tiny particles floating around, an amber colour. A nice creamyish-frothy warm-beige head that stays a nice time, leaving creamy-foamy lacing all-around. Peppery aromas over decent malts that are fruity and mildly sweet. Getting a little chocolate malts in there. The spiciness is present in the taste, but not to burn your mouth. A wet mouthfeel with just a tad dryness in the finish. Nothing syrupy as well. A nice, refreshing amber ale with some nice notes of pepper spiciness.
