Bottle: Poured a golden beige color ale with a big white bubbly head with good retention. Aroma of sweet malt is quite enticing but hops are not discernable. Taste of sweet malt is interesting and provide ample refreshment. Overall, this is a well made blond ale with limited character.

Unfortunately, organic beer doesn't mean automatic great stuff...Pale gold, thin head no lacing, aroma mostly none, flavor it's very light malt and very lightly hopped, must be good for flyweight boxer; nothing against them by the way...Watery to say the least,i'm very diasppointed this is a miss from that microbrewery usually very qualified about quality and style...

Bought this one at Dépanneur À Tout Prix in Laval, Quebec. It is certified organic. Pours a light golden colour with a white soapy head. Quite carbonated, with good retention and foamy lacing. There is a definite different nose and taste to this blonde ale, than most others. Aromas of crazy (organic) hop similar to hemp and notes found in some wines. Slight creamy mouthfeel. The taste has some decent bitterness in the finish, but corn comes out in the aftertaste. Mild roasted malts are also present. In this case, the organic ingredients do give this brew a unique feel.
