    Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

Bottle: Poured a clear deep brown color bock with a medium bubbly head with minimal retention and not much lacing. Aroma of medium toffee malt with notes of caramel. Taste is also dominated by warm toffee notes with some caramel malt also discernible. Body is a bit thin for style with low carbonation and no alcohol was apparent. Lacking complexity and ester and body is too thin for style.

Deep reddish brown with a firm beige foam. Deep malty aroma of toffee, nuts, figs sweet red berries, raisin, whipped cream and alcohol. Malty and big flavours of nuts, dark chocolate, dark cherries and white pepper. Warming and rather alcoholic finish of nuts and dark chocolate.
