    Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7

    Fairly clean, darker amber colour with some copper, and golden highlights. The head is light beige, average lasting and some foamy lacing left. Getting a tad infectious-sourness in the nose, but the rest seems right. Dark fruits, some nuttiness and caramel malts in the base. The taste thankfully, does not show infection. Mild nutty Brown ale base with a tad caramel and some herbal hops, that cut the sweetness - adding some decent dryness in the finish. Nothing too offensive, other then in the aromas, but just a plain Doppelbock.
