Pour a pint of summer paradise! This juicy treat is made with real pineapple, balanced with the zesty tones of Ontario Perle and a tropical dose of Belma hops. One sip and you’ve found your oasis. Enjoy! Turn up the heat with our delicious Piña Grande Wheat Ale. This summer sipper is made with pineapple juice from Black River Juice Company! A golden ale with a creamy white head offers freshly squeezed lemon on the nose. Belma and Ontario Perle hops are elevated to add a little bite to the hint of pineapple flavour. Piña Grande rounds off with a satisfying dry finish. Muchos gracias to Andrew Walsh and Mike Pawlick for this beauty.

Tallboy from LCBO. Pours a fairly big frothy creamy white head with good retention and has a clear yellow golden appearance. Lots of thick sticky lacing. Aromas are mostly grainy and grassy. Not much else really coming through. Flavours of sweet and grainy malts, some subtle grassy herbal hop notes. Very faint pineapple hints appear more in the finish but overly abundant. Pretty smooth and slick mouthfeel.

Pours a slight hazed light-yellow colour with a soapy white cap, good retention and some foamy lacing. The pineapple juice add a little sweetness to the smell, but the hops soon take over with some nice herbal notes. The taste has cereal grain malts with the hops in the finish, creating some bitterness, dryness. The fruit is real hard to find in here. Even the wheat. More like an American Pale Ale.
