A Big Boozy Blonde was brewed with a boatload of oats, giving it a creamy sweet mouthfeel with a hoppy blast. It’s like a powdered sugar donut topped with deliciously dank resinous hops. Chow down!

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8
22oz bomber pours with a clear deep gold body that has copper hues and supports a dirty white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up malt sweetened pine hops, bitter smelling grapefruit and some floral hops. Decent aroma. The taste delivers a wide hop load with plenty of sweetened pine hop resiny bitterness, floral hop bitterness and then orange zest and grapefruit hop bitterness. It creates a big resiny bitterness that’s tempered by sweet malts and then into the finish bitter floral and citrus hops take over and then lead to a pine and a growing floral hop after taste. Pretty good stuff but it tastes a little dated actually. Wow, there is almost no sense of the massive ABV here either.

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Pours clear, orangy amber with a very thick and rather persistent pale buff head. Aroma presents a strong note of evergreen hops and a subtle citrusy undertone. Flavor bursts with hops and citrus, with sweet citrus fruit nicely balancing the bitter hops, and hints of fresh malt and hay peeping through. Mouthfeel features typical body but good fizz. Sew your bitter oats - but if you have a bumper crop, please call Uber or take MARTA.
