On tap at the brewpub pouring up still, muddy, rutty, murky brown with no sign of a head. The aroma is both sweet fruity and mildly tart to a hint of sour. It sort of takes on a dark berry sweetness mixed with malts and then tart berry notes. The taste begins sweet with thick fruit juice and then it quickly picks up tart fruit and dry tart tannin like notes. It really dries out into the finish.
