Sampled at the pub itself, in Jonquière, Quebec. Poured a clean darker caramel colour with good retention and decent lacing all around. A ring eventually stayed. Good caramel nose with light smoke. Watery with slight stickiness. The taste was more on the caramel side with a hoppy finish, but no lingering. Average amber ale for those who like caramel.
