750 ml capped bottle. Poured a light gushing and unfiltered, hazy amber-orange coloured Blonde Ale with a one finger beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is toasted and grainy malts, spicy, vanilla, a peppery touch and powerful cocoa powder. The flavour is toasted malts, flowery hops and herbal tones. The mouthfeel is round and amazing smooth. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Blonde Ale has a dry malty finish. A flavourful Blonde Ale from the Massif Central with overall a noticeable smoothness.
