    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7

330 ml capped bottle. Poured in a stemmed glass an unfiltered and opaque golden-orange coloured S A with a generous two fingers slightly beige, dense and fine foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is wheaty malts, flowery, elderflowers, fruity, lychees, sourish and woody notes. The flavour is moderate sweety malts, old wooods, flowery, elderflowers, fruity, sourish apples, lychees. The mouthfeel is round and quite thin. The texture is watery. This medium bodied S A has a dry flowery finish. A pleasant Spiced Ale brewed for a French producer of elderflowers.
